Compassionate female counsellor offering sessions in support of grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, boundaries, codependency, life transitions, burnout, attachment issues, and relationship counselling. I know it has been a difficult few years and it can help just to talk to someone. I have had many different life experiences, I have myself experienced a lot of grief and loss, chronic pain and burnout. Sessions with me may look like taking a few moments to check in and see how your day or week has been, maybe some breathing exercises together or some grounding before we get into the heart of a session. I use different modalities depending on the situation and your comfort level. I ask for feedback so that I know what works for you and so that you can get the most out of our time together.
