Hi, my name is Nashina (pronounced: nuh-she-na) and my pronouns are she/her. I am South-Asian cis woman, I’m a mother to a young adult, married (in a cross-cultural relationship) and I have the sweetest pup named Murphy.
I practice from decolonial, pro-liberation lens rooted in love, hope and trust in our capacity to change and evolve. Our experiences can teach us invaluable life lessons. Often the journey that reveals the lessons can feel hard to do alone. The good news is you don’t have to. You are not meant to do this work alone.
Community, connection and collaboration is part of the healing.
Our ancestors passed down more than trauma—they passed down rituals, values, practices of rest and resilience, and joy. Tapping back into these practices is what helps us navigate our struggles.
