With two decades of counselling and coaching experience, I offer a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you—addressing what’s urgent while gently tending to deeper roots—so you can live with more ease and greater freedom of choice.
Clients often come to me when stress, loss, or inner blocks keep them from moving forward. I’ve seen again and again that real change happens when people feel understood, they are able to listen to their deeper truth, and they can communicate authentically about how it really is for them.
Our work together centers around deep presence, keen intuition, and a process that supports clarity, understanding, and resolution. I draw on modern trauma-informed therapies such as Mind Clearing and Emotional Trauma Release, integrated with awareness practices that help you reconnect with a deeper, steady inner knowing that doesn’t waver.
Sessions are 90-minutes and are designed to help you release what no longer serves you, navigate transitions, and reconnect with your authentic self.
