Hi, I’m Coco. I believe healing unfolds when we feel safe enough to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with parts of ourselves that may have been silenced, unseen, or shaped by survival.
As a therapist of colour with a background in visual arts and holistic wellness, my work is informed by lived experience and a deep respect for the many ways healing can look and feel. I offer creative, body-based, and reflective approaches that support emotional processing, identity exploration, and self-expression. No prior art experience is ever needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Clients often come to me while navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, creative blocks, life transitions, or the lingering effects of trauma. I hold particular care for supporting QTBIPOC and LGBTQ2S+ folks, neurodivergent individuals, and those impacted by systemic oppression, marginalization, or complex family dynamics. These areas are close to my heart, and I approach them with humility, collaboration, and respect for your lived experience.
When we work together, you can expect a space that centres safety, choice, and attunement. Sessions may include drawing, art journaling, breathwork, gentle movement, dreamwork, oracle cards, or simply being with what’s present. We move at your pace, making meaning together in ways that feel supportive and authentic.
Healing doesn’t have to be linear or clinical; it can be creative, intuitive, and deeply personal. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
Through yoga and art therapy, I help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves from the outside in, while providing tools to create balance and a sense of purpose in their lives.
Yes, absolutely.
