I’m a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Certified Expressive Arts Therapist, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. My work is trauma-informed and client-centered, supporting youth (12+), adults, and parents. Sessions may focus on talk therapy, IFS, mindfulness, somatic practices, or creative processes like art and clay, depending on your needs. Available in person and online, I offer a grounded space for rediscovering resilience, healing, and meaningful change.
I believe every person is creative, even if life experiences or education made you lose touch with that part of yourself. Creativity doesn’t always mean making art — it can show up in the way we face challenges, connect with others, or discover new perspectives. Working with me will support you in uncovering and strengthening your own unique creativity, whether that emerges in conversation, art-making, mindfulness, or simply in how you approach your inner world.
