You may be experiencing emotional overwhelm, difficulty with boundaries, or challenges in relationships that leave you feeling uncertain. ADHD, anxiety, or past trauma may contribute to cycles of stress and self-doubt that are hard to shift. You may be seeking counselling that is safe, supportive, and practical—focused on building resilience and moving toward meaningful change.
I offer counselling in two formats: walk-and-talk sessions outdoors, where movement and nature promote grounding and ease, and virtual sessions, where you can connect from your own space. Both approaches are accessible, flexible, and designed to move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, registered CVAP counsellor, and certified nature-based therapist. I have over six years of experience supporting children, youth, and young adults in nonprofit and outreach settings. My practice integrates somatic tracking, mindfulness, nature-based strategies, and experiential approaches to help clients process trauma, regulate emotions, strengthen boundaries, and build healthier relationships.
Counselling is a collaborative process. Together, we can work toward reducing anxiety, reframing unhelpful thought patterns, and creating greater confidence and clarity. Whether we are outdoors or online, the focus is on fostering resilience, healing, and growth.
