I believe that meaningful change begins when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and met without judgement. My work is guided by curiosity, collaboration, and respect for each person’s inner wisdom. Counselling in this space is about creating room for deeper understanding, compassion, self-connection, and empowerment.
I typically help those experiencing emotional distress or disconnection, life transitions, and/or relational difficulties. My approach is thoughtful and compassionate, allowing space to explore what matters to you.
