I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (Candidate) offering trauma-informed, person-centred counselling for adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and patterns rooted in past experiences.
Safety is foundational to my work. I prioritize creating a steady, attuned therapeutic environment where clients can explore their internal world without judgment or pressure. Meaningful change becomes possible when the nervous system feels supported enough to examine difficult experiences with care.
My approach integrates both reflective, cognitive exploration and bottom-up somatic awareness. Together, we identify patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relational dynamics while also attending to how these experiences are held in the body. By working with both understanding and embodied regulation, clients can develop greater clarity, internal stability, and self-trust. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, relational difficulties, identity shifts, and stress related to personal or professional transitions. This may include processing experiences of harm within family, institutional, or cultural systems, and exploring how these environments have shaped one’s sense of safety, identity, and self-worth.
My work is collaborative and client-led. I follow each client’s pace and cues, supporting the development of self-awareness and practical regulation tools that strengthen resilience and internal agency.
As a Candidate member of ACCT, I work under ongoing clinical supervision and am committed to ethical, reflective, and continually developing practice.
I offer online sessions for adults across British Columbia
