Many of the people I work with move through the world appearing capable, thoughtful, and put together, while quietly carrying a sense of overwhelm, self-doubt, or disconnection beneath the surface. You might find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling like your needs come second, even when something doesn’t sit right. Over time, it can begin to feel like you have learned how to keep going, but not how to feel settled within yourself.
You may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, or a more general sense of emotional distress or disconnection. Sometimes there is a clear reason for what you are feeling. Other times, it is harder to name, just a quiet heaviness, a sense of being stuck, or a growing distance from your own voice.
Working with me often feels slower, more intentional, and grounded. There is space to arrive as you are, without needing to have the right words or a clear starting point. I pay close attention to what is said and what is harder to say, gently helping you notice patterns, emotions, and responses as they unfold in the moment. You are not rushed or pushed, but you are also not left circling the same place. I will meet you with care and honesty, offering reflections and guidance that help you move toward deeper understanding and meaningful change.
This work is collaborative and goes beyond talk therapy. Together, we slow things down to process your experiences, understand the patterns that have shaped you, and make sense of the why behind how things have been. At the same time, we begin to build practical, supportive ways of responding differently, so that change is not limited to the session, but something you can carry into your everyday life with a greater sense of self-trust, agency, and independence.
We explore how you relate to yourself, others, and your body, including patterns around self-worth, people-pleasing, and body image, while also making space for grief, uncertainty, and the parts of you that may have learned to stay quiet. This is not about quick fixes, but about creating a more steady, compassionate, and honest relationship with yourself.
I bring a calm, attentive presence to this work and value creating a space that feels respectful, collaborative, and deeply human. Therapy with me is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to yourself in a way that feels more whole.
