My work is informed by evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed skills, mindfulness, and body-based approaches. I thoughtfully integrate these approaches to meet your unique needs, goals, and values.

Yes. All sessions are provided online through a secure telehealth platform, allowing you to attend from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
