I support children, teens, young adults, adults, and couples through a safe, caring, and compassionate counselling space where each person can feel heard, seen, and gently supported. My approach may include therapeutic tools and methods such as IFS, CBT, EFT, Gestalt Therapy, as well as art, drama, and play-based therapy tools when appropriate.

I have a deep passion for working with couples and helping them move toward healthier communication, deeper understanding, and meaningful restoration through a clear and supportive counselling plan.

My goal is to help each person discover their God-given inner strength, find healing from past pain, and build practical tools for daily life, emotional peace, and healthier relationships.
