Sindy Taylor, RTC, BMT
Life’s challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain of who we are. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with your inner strengths. My approach honours the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and, when meaningful to you, the spiritual dimension of life.
Drawing from a range of evidence-informed and body-centred approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Ontogonic Body-Mind Therapy, I tailor therapy to your unique needs rather than relying on a single model. Together, we gently explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools to support lasting change.
Born in Kenya to East Indian parents, raised in England, and now living in Canada, my own journey has deepened my understanding of identity, belonging, resilience, and personal transformation. I believe healing is not about becoming someone different—it is about returning to ourselves with greater awareness, self-compassion, and authenticity.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or searching for greater meaning and connection, my hope is that you leave each session feeling more grounded, empowered, and better equipped to meet life’s challenges with confidence.
