I am a Clinical Counsellor, Trauma Therapist and Art Therapy Clinician. I am also a certified NARM therapist. NARM (The NeuroAffective Relational Model is a cutting-edge model designed specifically for working with CPTSD which addresses the attachment patterns that cause life-long psychobiological symptoms and interpersonal difficulties. I am also influenced by Internal Family Systems Theory, and Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment. My therapeutic approach integrates a Parts Perspective, informed by Attachment Theory and rooted in Neuroscience Research. I believe that we are both wounded and healed within the context of relationship and that connection and compassion are foundational to the healing process. I believe that discovering hope and meaning amidst pain and confusion leads to greater freedom. I am a strengths-based, non-pathologizing practitioner, committed to walking alongside those wanting to heal. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space in which to work through unresolved trauma within collaborative relationship. I am passionate about working with marginalised populations, survivors of sex trafficking and those with mental health diagnoses.
