As an author, counsellor, artist, communicator, wife and mother and grandmother, I have had the privilege to walk with and appreciate people all over the world. Having travelled to the Philippines, Costa Rica and Mexico to serve others, I have seen how challenges are not unique to one culture. We all face our own trauma, fear, and disappointments that challenge our very identity. I believe that love is at the root of experiencing healing. Learning to be compassionate to ourselves is the first step in our healing. You have been uniquely and incredibly created for greatness!! You are stronger than you think! You can overcome every challenge and every lie that sets itself up against you. You may need new tools but I can partner with you and be your greatest encourager and cheerleader along the way.
