Since I could talk, I have been deeply curious about why people do what they do.
After a decade-long career as a nutritionist, I gained a profound understanding of how our past wounds can impact our choices and behaviours. Drawing from my own healing journey, which began during my time as a nutritionist, I realized the transformative power of addressing emotional pain consciously.
This realization inspired me to follow my passion for understanding human behaviour, leading me to become a counsellor. Today, I offer a space for healing pain from the past (including people-pleasing), navigating life’s transitions, overcoming self-sabotage, fostering emotional regulation, and nurturing self-awareness.
My approach is characterized by warmth, encouragement, non-judgment, and unwavering support, allowing you to heal and find the freedom to embrace your desired life.
