I have been in the helping profession since 1985 in various capacities. I decided to transition from nursing into counselling and hypnotherapy to serve my community better. I am a recognized clinical counselling hypnotherapy instructor with I.A.C.H.; my school, Meristem Therapy Academy, is also recognized. I have a private practice Life is now Therapy, and I have been practicing since 2012. I am a recognized mental health counsellor with the municipal government of Lac Ste. Anne County, where I am the lead for their Mental Health Counselling program. I help my clients with a variety of issues including trauma from motor vehicle accidents, stress, anxiety, phobias, and more. I also am certified with emotional & food addictions. I help people online, and in person.
