About Me

Counselling chose me after twenty years working alongside people in transition, conflict, and growth. What I kept finding was that beneath most struggle is someone carrying more than they were ever shown how to hold. This work is about learning to hold it. I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship patterns, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is grounded, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Sessions are a space to stay with what is present, understand it, and find a way through that feels real. I trained at Rhodes Wellness College and hold the designation of Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (Candidate), RTCc (Member #4149), through the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada. Sessions are currently offered online, serving clients in Vancouver and across British Columbia.
