About Me

Hello. I'm a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor ( RTC#2986) Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT). I've Over 25 years experience with ASD,ADHD, AuDHD and other Neuro-Diversities. Many of my clients like coming to be as I understand on a personal level what it's like living in and with the Spectrum. As a trauma informed Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, I help clients process life situations often stemming from ADHD, AuDHD (Autism with ADHD) and Autism. Whether it’s yourself or a loved one, I help you reconnect the broken links in life that rebuild and strengthen relationships. Communication is a skill of learning what needs are not being met, how to hear and be heard without the need for defense. Living with ADHD/AuDHD can be frustrating and overwhelming. People think you’re lazy, disorganized, unmotivated, or you don’t care. That can't be can be further from the truth. ADHD is not a behavioral disorder or choice. It is a neurological wiring. Something in the process of the mind. My practice is not limited to Neuro-divergence. I assist individuals experiencing, past or present trauma related issues, past or present abuse, anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, loneliness, depression, relational loss, rejection, body image and other issues as well. I use an Eclectic approach blending Somatic with other therapies customized for whom I am working with. Some of the modalities include: , Somatic Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Narrative Therapy , Gestalt Therapy, Bowen Family Systems. Alderian Psychology, , Person Centered, just to name a few. I've seen the positive effects of full body therapy. Body, Mind, Spirit, and Soul are connected. My continued exploration of healing and education has given me a variety of helpful tools to help to focus, organize, communicate, heal, calm and relax. Regardless of whom I am counselling, I come with the approach, Trauma is always present. “Agape” mean unconditional love. I offer a place of safety. No judgment. I counsel from a place of gentleness, genuine curiosity and safety while also being direct. Physical, mental health and wellness are an essential part of healing, coping and managing life or ADHD with strategic tools. I provide a safe and comfortable “Agape” environment.
