My tagline says it all: “Let’s go there.” Whether “there” is trauma, grief, identity, faith, or just the fog of not knowing what’s next—I’m here to go there with you.
I’m a trauma-informed counsellor in my late fifties, and I’ve walked through enough transitions, losses, career changes, faith shifts, and immigration challenges to know that healing doesn’t come in a straight line. As a first-generation immigrant, I get the complexity of starting over. As someone who’s wrestled with life’s big questions, I know the courage it takes to face them.
My approach is warm, honest, and deeply human. I blend evidence-based therapy with lived wisdom, offering a space where you don’t have to explain away your emotions, smooth out your story, or pretend you’re fine. You’re not too much here.
My background in business, leadership, and coaching allows me to support both personal and professional growth, especially for clients navigating spiritual dilemmas, big life pivots, or relational tension. I bring empathy, insight, and a bit of lightness—because sometimes, even in the hard stuff, we need room to breathe.
