I take an unique eclectic approach with Somatic observation, regulations, shifting perspective of ‘self’ and having a new relationship to ‘self’. Shifting perspective on ‘others’ or ‘conditions’ surrounding us, enables you to see the outside world as less threatening.
Having a difficult time at the workplace or at home?
Interpersonal relationship difficulties are often rooted in how we were conditioned. Our default response can change by examining the root of those conditioning and choosing a different response. I can help you shift how your emotions respond to those events by taking you into the body’s physiological response.

I believe life is about experiencing. The experience gives rise to the meaning of why I exist. To have experience, change is necessary. Whether the change is desired or unwelcomed, they are both valued... just remember to keep moving!
As an undergraduate I studied psychology and engineering. For two decades, I practised as an engineer in corporate environments. During those times, I’ve volunteered doing outreach work for the homeless and impoverished neighbourhoods. I’ve also worked in addiction recovery and young adult settings.
