I’m a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor offering a warm, grounded and collaborative space where you can begin to better understand yourself and the patterns that may be affecting your life and relationships.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, people pleasing, codependency, relationship difficulties and the effects of trauma. I have a particular interest in supporting people who have experienced narcissistic abuse, childhood emotional neglect or abuse, and generational trauma. These experiences can shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, manage emotions and respond to stress, often in ways that continue long after the original circumstances have changed.
My approach is trauma-informed and client-centred. Together, we can explore what is happening beneath the patterns, develop a greater understanding of your thoughts, emotions and nervous system responses, and work toward healthier boundaries, stronger self-trust and a greater sense of connection with yourself and others.
I draw from parts-based work, CBT, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, DBT-informed approaches and EMDR-informed bilateral stimulation. I don't believe there is one approach that fits everyone, so our work is guided by your needs, your goals and your pace.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you need or where to begin. We can start with what is happening for you now and, together, make sense of how you got here and what you would like to change.
