Hello! My name is Jennifer (she/her) and I am a Counsellor, Instructor and Group Facilitator. My goal is to provide a secure, healing relationship with and for people. For as long as we live, we all need support.
I continuously dedicate my practice to creating a client-centered, empathetic and safe space as you explore your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellness. I combine safety with compassion in order to hold a warm space for whoever I am honored to spend my time with.
The support I offer is psycho-education based approach, which means I will always educate you on the process and modalities I use and you always have choice in which therapeutic approach we take together. I provide a variety of tools and skills, and am always ready to grow alongside my clients.
