I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor. I am trauma informed and specialise in trauma. I work from an intuitive transpersonal perspective which means having an awareness of the bigger picture, we are more than our personal stories. We are not what was done to us! As a result of healing from sexual abuse in my childhood I am now passionate about supporting others as they navigate the confusion of living with trauma. We can learn to live instead of simply survive.
I am a mother of six grown children, a grandmother of two, and in my second long term relationship. I have also been very involved with caring for my aging parents and now my mother in law.
