Hello, my name is Katja, and I’m honoured that you’re here.
I support individuals and families facing grief, loss, death, dying, anxiety, and depression with a gentle, holistic, and mindful approach. Whether in one-on-one sessions, remotely, or in groups, I tailor our work to your unique needs and emotional pace.
I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can bring your whole self—your pain, questions, hopes, and longing for meaning. I draw on person-centred therapy, existential therapy, and mindfulness, and I am dedicated to compassionate care and genuine, trusting relationships.
