If procrastination, chronic anxiety, low grade depression is your daily reality, therapeutic compassionate experience can help you to enhance emotional resilience considerably farther than what is possible to accomplish on your own. But not only that, by resolving traumatic overwhelm and freeze responses to daily life together we can lovingly help you to get unstack, feel like yourself again and raise even after any kind of loss during life transitions. Without a somatic release, the trauma of our relational wounds stay locked up in our nervous system and come out unexpectedly when we perceive our emotional safety being compromised. All healthy relational connection and conflict resolution requires us to be in our body, connected to our emotions, needs and desires in order to communicate effectively. When you have more capacity and resilience around what historically triggered you and popped you out of the connection with self, you have more access to the truth in your heart and the relational skills that live deep in your body. Multimodal trauma therapy I provide allows support in unwinding all the old patterns and wounds in order for you to have more space for safety, authenticity, connection and fulfillment. We work through the physical reactions and provide healing for locked up emotional wounds in the body and subconscious mind as well as deprogramming your family systems survival strategies. In my approach I combine a talk therapy where we get to explore your story and your feelings with a body focused trauma processing therapy which allows you in a short term to gain release of the old chronic stress and patterns from your mind and body. In case if you only prefer only to talk about your problems and do no emotional work – chances are I might not be a right fit for you. However, if you want to put an effort and work with the feelings and through the defenses in order to get to the quality of life and relationships that inspire you, then we definatly can make it happen. Two types of service _____________________________________________________ 1) Individual counselling (mostly talk therapy combined with the exercises for emotional processing + optional homework) Duration 1h – $120 This format is the best for one or several sessions if you are looking to gain awareness of your situation and the patterns involved and continue doing most of the work independently on your own. ____________________________________________________________ 2) Individual psychotherapeutic work on permanently releasing trauma responses and behavioral & emotional patters through somatic trauma healing process. Duration around 1.5-2h – $170 Individual psychotherapeutic work – What is it like? Trauma can get ‘stuck’ in the body, guarded by our nervous system in an effort to keep us safe. This Approach Helps To Resolve Chronic Problems Within Shorter Term Which Can Save You Time And Money On The Regular Talk Therapy. We work on the level far more deep and old than cognitive and emotional parts- the reptilian system in the brain that corresponds to the automatic involuntary reactions when we unconsciously detect a threat to our emotional safety and belonging. This therapy allows a permanent release of the chronically activated survival instincts in order for you to be able to move forward in a quality life you want to live as soon as possible. Additionally, when it’s necessary we will be diving deep into your family story to explore intergenerational effect on your struggle, your prenatal development experience and other events that might have contributed to the blockage of your desired resourceful emotional and mental state. For example, the resourceful states that clients get in touch with immediately during or after the sessions are: confidence, safety, ease, bravery, creativity, openness, trust, etc. These states are permanent and get accumulated within, which allows a natural shift of own identity, a release of emotional and behavioral patterns with ease. We focus on the goal you state in the beginning of the session (e.g. desired emotional state you want to have in your current problematic situation in order to resolve the situation) and we work on your desired outcome within one or few sessions. When clients work with me they usually get surprised that in the end they are not required to have a super long term therapy because the sessions are deep and bring the desired change in a shorter time. This happens due to 2 factors: – Emotional mental and physical release of all specific fears and unconscious benefits that keep your current problem in place. (I will be gently guiding you through a series of somatic processes where you practice emotional release through your body.) – Working on the cause vs symptom management brings a permanent change in your current context. This kind of therapy is very effective, because 97% of the presented concerns are not the real issues – they are the unconscious compensations (in other words creative adaptation strategy to the past emotional stress that later became uncomfortable and impractical). When the cause of the current problem is healed, then the compensating symptom goes away on its own very quickly. In the end it is a very natural outcome, it just feels like you are becoming more of yourself. About me: I as an empath I went through my life experiences with deep sensitivity and awareness of the feelings of other people. Growing up in emotionally unhealthy environment and later immigration (alone to a new culture as 20 y.o) allowed me to go through a big self-growth and personally understand the symptoms of complex post-traumatic stress. Luckily, I found my calling very early in life and psychotherapy became my huge passion. I learned to notice and understand my own feelings and started to pay attention to my own needs, which in the past I used to keep other people responsible for. It helped to gain self-compassion and improve my self-esteem, as well as finding and keeping the loving and healthy relationship. After I graduated with Psychology bachelor's degree and Counselling diploma, always continue developing competency in different psychotherapeutic modalities focused on different treatment
