About Me

Hello! My name is Marsha and I am a Neuro-Affirming Therapeutic Counsellor for Families and Individuals. I believe that every individual deserves to be seen, accepted, and celebrated for who they are, without judgment or pressures to conform to societal norms. That's why I practice in a neuro-affirming manner, embracing and honoring neurodiversity. By creating a safe and non-judgmental space, I empower individuals and families to explore their unique strengths, challenges, and aspirations. While specializing in autism, my counselling services are diverse and cover a range of different issues. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or personal growth, I'm here to walk alongside you on your path to healing. Throughout our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and client-centered approach. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, insight, and practical strategies tailored to your specific needs. Together, we will navigate challenges, unlock hidden potentials, and work towards achieving the life you envision. Drawing from evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy, I aim to arm you with a diverse toolbox of techniques and coping strategies that suit your unique style and goals. So, if you're looking for a therapist who can offer a deep understanding of your experience as an individual or as a family navigating autism, I'm here to provide compassionate and empowering support. Let's embark on this therapeutic journey together, where neurodiversity is celebrated, and growth is nurtured.
