The vision of Akashic Counselling is to inspire a journey of transformation; to explore and illuminate a unique path of enhanced possibilities, and to empower individuals to live abundant and meaningful lives. Akashic Counselling clients possess a desire to change, an appetite to explore new alternatives, a keen interest in discovering and developing their better (or best!) selves, and wish to live more fully and authentically.
My main focus areas include Sustainable Self-Care, anxiety, loss and bereavement (with a special interest in loss in childhood or adolescence), life transitions, and pathways to increased happiness and fulfillment.
My role for the most part is to listen intently and with curiosity and to walk alongside you in your journey – sometimes becoming more involved or more directed in the use of specific techniques for awareness and to support positive and desired change.
