Welcome... My name is Nicola. I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC # 3072) with The Association of
Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada. I am in private practice in North Vancouver, British Columbia.
Looking after our mental health is an important aspect of how we manage with life's difficulties, our relationships with ourselves and our relationships with those around us. Changes in our life can bring feelings of uncertainty, instability, and a lack of direction. Accessing support though difficult transitions and situations lets us have a safe space to share our story, process feelings and events, and find our balance.
My practice is focussed on you and your particular needs. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship problems and life transitions. I specialize in working with women's issues. I am happy to offer a free 15 minute consultation to answer any questions you may have.
