About Me

Are you are seeking care to address your depression, guilt, or shame please contact me, and we can discuss your situation and put a plan together that suits you. Please keep in mind that this is about you and your self-care. It is the first step towards freeing yourself from your pain. I know that change is not easy therefore I have deep respect for individuals who are willing to step out and seek help. Deciding to seek counselling in my journey was paramount in moving me forward to get the education I needed to counsel others. I completed the Professional Counsellor Diploma Program at Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver, BC. I am a skilled faith-based counselor and received my education with Kelowna College of Professional Counselling. I have further studies with the Vancouver College of Counsellor training in addictions. I am currently enrolled at Athabasca University. In 2021 I was honored to be the 1st recipient of the Daisy Mason Wellness Fund for demonstrating initiatives in helping First Nations people in their community through well-being, healing, and personal development training and activities. This award was presented by the Commissioner of Yukon office. Although I use a variety of therapeutic tools and strategies, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy. I work with individuals. I am Indigenous and have experience working with clients who have been affected by Residential school, Sixty Scoop, and TB Hospital systems. I am available for your next personal counseling session virtually and by phone.
