I offer a warm, relational space for people who want to better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they can’t quite shift, or caught between overthinking and emotional intensity. You might already have insight into your experiences, yet still feel disconnected, reactive, or unsure how to move forward - especially in relationships.
In our work together, we slow things down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. This includes emotional patterns, past experiences, and the ways your nervous system has learned to respond and adapt. Therapy becomes a space where both clarity and deeper emotional processing can happen - not just understanding your patterns, but actually shifting them.
My approach integrates attachment-based, somatic, and experiential therapies. I draw from Gestalt therapy, AEDP, mindfulness, breathwork, and elements of CBT. This allows us to work with thoughts, emotions, and the body - supporting both insight and real, embodied change.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and questions around identity and self-worth. I am especially attuned to people who think deeply, feel deeply, or have often felt “different” or misunderstood.
Clients often describe my style as grounded, intuitive, and thoughtful. I bring both curiosity and structure into the process - helping you make sense of your experience while also creating space for what hasn’t yet been fully felt or expressed.
