As a Punjabi Sikh, born in Africa, and having lived in India, then England and finally Canada, I have encountered very different cultures and traditions. I see the value of both Eastern & Western ways of healing, and use a blend of Eastern & Western Psychology, alongside multi-faith Spiritual, Meditative and Shamanic Traditions in my counselling approach.
