If you're feeling filled with self-doubt, or like you can't turn off your thoughts, you are not alone. Life is full of challenges and transitions, and when these obstacles become overwhelming, certain emotions and behavioural patterns may affect your relationships, career, and sense of self-worth. As a counsellor my practice focuses on a client-centered and integrative approach merged with mindfulness, self-awareness and the power of connecting the body and mind. You can expect your experiences to be validated and your problems to be processed and confronted using a compassionate approach.
Together we will work collaboratively by building on your existing strengths, and establishing tools to assist you in managing stressors, understanding and replacing self-destructive responses. Ultimately allowing you to access your best self, and develop the ability to play an active role in attaining the quality of life you deserve.
I offer in-person and virtual sessions from the city of North Vancouver, BC, but my real passion is counselling in nature. Take a stroll with me while you process your emotions or relax on a bench while taking in the scenery, it’s your session, you decide.
