TK is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and certified Life Coach. She specializes in mental health support for people with creative personalities. She has over twenty years’ experience working in the Arts and Entertainment industry as a visual artist, writer, editor, and administrator. TK understands from lived experience, that having a creative personality isn’t something you do, it’s who you are.
Her counselling is a balanced combination of talk therapy, gentle somatic methods, and practical guidance. Based in Vancouver, TK’s services are available to anyone in Canada, by Zoom or by phone.
She welcomes and respects people of all cultures, and she is an LGBTQ2S+ ally.
In her personal life, TK enjoys a possibly excessive amount of reading, gardening without gloves, live music when there’s somewhere to sit, and binge-watching comfort shows to calm her existential stress.
