About Me

Thank you for dropping in to get to know me a bit. I know and understand how difficult the first step is to reach out. I am an RTC-c (Registered Therapeutic Counsellor Candidate) and a diploma graduate of Rhodes Wellness College with certificates as a Life Skills Coach and Wellness Counsellor. I have experiential learning and my own life experiences. With that, I understand the challenges that life can throw at us and so I strive to bring that understanding to the counselling setting. I offer non-judgmental and empathetic counselling that takes a holistic approach to ensure that I understand the full picture of my clients. I don't just focus on mental health, but also on emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Every person is unique, and I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling. I have been a Certified Nail Technician for over 10 years and have worked in the service industry since I was 15. I found that going through a pandemic and listening to my client’s struggles, knowing that there was a pandemic in mental health, I felt compelled in my heart to act on something bigger than myself. Knowing that what people need most right now is connection. Some fun facts: I love traveling, being outdoors, horseback riding, roller-skating, and being with my family.
