I run a private practice in Old Strathcona, Edmonton, Alberta, dedicated to helping people navigate life challenges and experiences.
I see people for a wide range of issues. I value the healing therapeutic relationship as central to good therapy. I have many skills and use multiple concepts and tools borrowed from the psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and cognitive behavioural schools of doing therapy. I became Certified as a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist in the UK and still find the concept of Ego States, Script Theory, and Transactions valuable and will often teach these concepts to clients to use in their life.
