Do you struggle with feeling different? Perhaps you are a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD, etc.), gifted, 2SLGBTQIA+, intense, a parent of a high needs child, or different in some other way. Your challenges may include dealing with intense feelings, being over-critical of yourself, being easily overwhelmed by life, stress-related physical conditions, feeling alone, or struggling with putting your needs last in relationships.
You do not have to deal with these challenges alone. As a Highly Sensitive Person and a parent to two neurodivergent children, I am very familiar with the experience of being different, and many of the associated gifts and challenges. I offer a safe and accepting space to explore who you really are, and what you need to survive and thrive in a world not designed for you.
In my counselling, I am not focused on labels or directly addressing behaviour, but rather on helping you explore the meaning and emotion behind your experience, in order to transform yourself from the inside out. I believe that everyone has everything they need to heal already waiting within themselves. I use a number of different types of therapy depending on your needs and preferences.

Yes. My standard sessions are 1 hour long but I can also offer 90-minute sessions, and short sessions in 15-minute increments.
