Using a somatic, attachment-based approach, I aim to create a space of care and acceptance for folks to name and feel feelings, map out unhelpful patterns, and practice new ways of navigating life’s challenges.
My approach to counselling is centred on compassion, curiosity, relationship, and magic. As a queer and nonbinary person, I’m is committed to affirming experiences and identities that are traditionally marginalized, and my counselling work is grounded in an understanding of how systems of oppression impact our lives and the challenges we face.
