Are things feeling like a lot right now? It’s tough out there. Whether you’re struggling in your relationships, wondering what the heck a boundary is and how to create them, needing ways to cope with a really intense world, or wanting to trace a frustrating pattern and find new ways forward, you deserve support. I work with folks who are feeling stuck or overwhelmed to build resilience and choice. Using a somatic, attachment-based approach, I aim to create a space of care and acceptance for folks to name and feel feelings, map out unhelpful patterns, and practice new ways of navigating life’s challenges.

My approach to counselling is centred on compassion, curiosity, relationship, and magic. As a queer and nonbinary person, I’m is committed to affirming experiences and identities that are traditionally marginalized, and my counselling work is grounded in an understanding of how systems of oppression impact our lives and the challenges we face.

Finding a counsellor who you connect with can be challenging. It’s important you find someone who gets you. If something on this page resonates with you, reach out for a free consultation to see if working together feels like a good fit.
