COUNSELLING PROCESS

As humans I believe in our infinite capacity to overcome many of our challenges with curious and compassionate self exploration. 

We possess the answers to many of our difficulties innately. Compassionate, safe support coupled with the invitation to be authentic and vulnerable can help us to uncover this understanding and inner knowing. 

It is my goal to hold this supportive space. I will walk alongside you on this courageous journey of the heart.

Each session is specific to the individual, considering your unique life experience, struggle, vision and goals. My approach is client-centered, holistic, and mindfulness-based. I draw inspiration from nature and the cycles we can observe within the natural world. 

In my experience, disconnection is at the root of many of our human challenges. In sessions I will invite you to explore what connection means to you relationally, in community, internally, spiritually and within your natural environment. Together we will explore how these factors and others will contribute to a more fulfilling, meaningful and vibrant life. I offer tools and resources to support you along this path. 

APPROACH

Together we will explore your experience somatically. We’ll work through feeling and breathwork as well as through more traditional talk therapy modalities.  

Through acceptance, listening with curiosity, compassion and creativity I support you to walk your own unique path of growth and evolution.

I offer individual and couples support through my private practice. I also offer group therapeutic support and have been facilitating various styles of support groups since 2020.
