My own lived experience navigating challenges related to mental health, substance use, and trauma, combined with my professional training, allows me to offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I am proudly Indigenous and a part of the polyamorous and 2SLGBTQ+ communities, and I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and affirming counselling services to all individuals, particularly those from marginalized communities.
