If you are seeking care to address your depression, emotional pain, guilt, and shame, please contact me to set up a session to discuss what you are looking for. In this process, we can put together a plan to move you out of the pain that you are currently in. Please remember that this is the first step toward the freedom you are seeking and you are taking care of yourself as you move forward to a better place.
I know that change is not easy therefore I have deep respect for individuals who are willing to step out and seek help.
Deciding to seek counselling in my journey was paramount in moving me forward to get the education I needed to counsel others. I completed the Professional Counsellor Diploma Program at Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver, BC. I am a skilled faith-based counselor and received my education with Kelowna College of Professional Counselling. I did further studies at Vancouver College of Counsellor Training for Addictions. I am currently with York University studying for a BA in psychology.
In 2021 I was honored to be the 1st recipient of the Daisy Mason Wellness Fund for demonstrating initiatives in helping First Nations people in their community through well-being, healing, and personal development training. This award was presented by Commissioner’s office of Yukon.
