Healthy Relationships Emerge / Break Codependent Patterns

I have been engaged in my personal work since 1990. Prior and during that time I wondered “Am I good enough?” or “Who am I if I am not accepted by someone outside of myself?” or “If they only knew the truth about me!” These were painful considerations.
Seeking the approval of others as an acknowledgement of one’s worth is a common codependent trait  prevalent in society today. Many people look for validation outside of themselves.
My passion is teaching people to accept themselves, although this life journey is ongoing and ever-evolving, it is highly rewarding. Having a background steeped in codependency, I sought for a way out and I am here to help you do the same.
