Harpreet is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and Registered Social Worker and has worked in the social services field for over 20 years. Her passion is to help people find balance in their lives and believes an issue in one area can quickly impact our overall well-being. Harpreet is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in her practice and uses an integrative approach to best suit the needs of each client. Harpreet provides therapy from a trauma-informed perspective and specializes in helping people cope with struggles relating to complex trauma, stress management, self-esteem, relational issues, and coping with symptoms of depression and anxiety. She is committed to creating a space for you in which you feel safe and can move forward at your own pace.
