I am a Trauma Informed, Registered Therapeutic Counselor working with individuals and small groups experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, life adjustments, and grief and loss. I work with people who want to create healthy boundaries, connection, and openness in their relationships. Offering realistic and attainable change supporting happier and more fulfilling lives.
My approach to therapy is person centered, understanding that you are the expert on your own life. I work with a range of modalities, including (but not limited to) Cognitive, Somatic, and Animal Assisted Therapy.
