I focus on using Expressive Arts Therapy & creative processes as tools to help you connect with your intuition and imagination for a deeper understanding of challenges you may be experiencing. Through online sessions we can use whatever arts supplies that you have at home and I can guide you into playful and curious ways of connecting with the arts. My specialties are using writing for healing, somatic movement exploration, nature-based arts, & clay exploration. I can also guide you through creative exploration of any arts material that you feel called to.
For locals in Vancouver, I offer weather dependent outdoor or walk & talk sessions. No previous arts experience is necessary and no specific art supplies are required. I use the arts in an accessible and safe way that encourages your own self-discovery & exploration.
