As a trauma-informed integrative practitioner, I use a blend of therapeutic approaches to support individuals (18+ years) who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, family and relationship conflict, toxic workplace environments, low self-esteem, and issues related to identity.
My practice is person-centred, tailoring counselling and life coaching approaches to individual needs, expectations, and goals. Committed to cultural humility and trained in harm reduction, anti-oppression, and suicide prevention, I offer a confidential, relaxed, bias-free space for individuals to dig deep, discover insight, nurture self-compassion, and cultivate growth.
Depending on the Client's needs, I commonly use a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems “parts work”, CBT, Narrative, and Strength-based Therapies.
