Hello, I’m Kathryn. I understand how it can be to feel lost, lonely, or disconnected, and I deeply empathize with the pain and struggle that often accompany those experiences. At times, life can feel overwhelming or disempowering—but it doesn’t have to stay that way. As a woman, wife, daughter, and mother, I bring not only professional training but also lived experience to my work. I have a genuine passion for supporting others in reconnecting with themselves. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and tailored to you—helping you rediscover your strength, reclaim your voice, and step into who you truly are, at your own pace.
Using a combination of somatic experiencing and other current approaches in therapy, as well as hypnotherapy, and mindfulness, I support you with care and attunement. I offer a warm, safe, and welcoming space to be seen and heard, with clear, healthy boundaries that foster a grounded, supportive therapeutic relationship.
If you’re seeking a deeper connection to yourself and your spirit, I can support you. Together, we’ll nurture a sense of independence, self-worth, and ease. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your journey toward a more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling life.
Q How do I know if hypnotherapy is right for me?

Before, we decide to choose hypnosis as a form of therapy, We’ll discuss the advantages and risks of hypnotherapy, as well as the process. Once I am sure that you are comfortable with trying hypnotherapy and are open to the possible ways to benefit from it, we will schedule your first session.

Q What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation and focus. It is through this state that we can tap into our subconscious mind in order to gain control of certain areas of our lives. From the deep, subconscious level, we can change our minds, our perceptions, and our limiting beliefs.
Together, you and I work to utilize the natural resources that lie deep within you to create new positive feelings, pictures, images, sights, sounds, smells, and emotions to replace specific negative ones that you might have gathered up unknowingly, over the years.

Q I have extended medical. Are my sessions covered?
