My approach combines elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Transpersonal Therapy.

I offer virtual counselling sessions, making it easier for you to access support from the comfort of your own space. I support individuals aged 13 and up, as well as providing relationship counselling for couples and families. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood, empowering you to reconnect with your true self and move toward healing and growth.
