I use an integrative approach based on mindfulness, experiential, and relational modalities. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. I meet you right where you are, allowing you to share your story in a safe space, and I offer tools and resources that facilitate growth and healing. I cater each session to my client’s particular needs and goals. It takes courage to embark on this journey of self-exploration and healing and I’d be honoured to guide and support you.
