What would it feel like if you had a moment to yourself? To be free from the squeeze of daily life? Who would you be without the weight of the past or your current burdens?

Unfortunately, we don’t always get these opportunities in everyday life. Stress can be unrelenting. Depression won’t surrender its grip. Relationships can be hard and unsatisfying. It can feel exhausting and lonely trying to cope with it all.

I’m a Ukrainian-Canadian therapist living in Vancouver, BC. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, and trauma. My mission is to help my clients navigate their life and their relationships with a sense of clarity, confidence, and peace.

My methods draw from attachment theory, developmental psychology and family systems. I use body-based and experiential techniques to help my clients increase their understanding of who they are, what they want, and how to identify and move out of tendencies that get them stuck. My hope is that therapy is useful, relevant, and meaningful to you. That you walk away knowing something new, something different that you can apply in your everyday life.

If you’re interested in finding out more about me, check out my website or reach out to me for a free consult. I’m happy to answer any questions you might have about what therapy is like!

Online and in-person sessions available with a flexible weekday or weekend schedule. No waitlist.

Q What are the sessions like?

The first session is about getting to know each other. I ask you questions about the issue you're coming with, a bit about you and your life, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Most sessions involve a mix of dialogue, emotional processing, reflection, and integration.

Q Are you covered by my benefits plan?

To confirm whether my services are reimbursable, check with your benefit provider by referencing my designation (registered therapeutic counsellor or in some cases, the term psychotherapist maybe used). My services are covered by some insurance companies such as Greenshield and BlueCross and others.

Q How long are the sessions?

60 minutes or 90 minutes, online or in-person

Q How do I book a session with you?

Reach out to me directly by email! I offer free 15-minute consults with no obligation to book so feel free to reach out if you have any questions about therapy.
